The following is our Rental Criteria and Qualifications to rent any of our properties. Please review carefully before applying, as the application fee is non-refundable.

*Applicant(s) combined net income must be at least (2.5) times the monthly rent amount. Valid proof includes but is not limited to current paystubs, tax returns, W2's, I20's (International Students), Leave and Earning Statements (military) or bank statements.

*Applicant(s) must have a minimum of 12 months of verifiable rental history. Valid rental history requires a written lease agreement or month to month agreement. A verified mortgage is accepted in lieu of rental history. (Rental references do not count if they are from friends, family, or roommates.)

*Applicant(s) must have a minimum of 6 months employment with their current employer or in the same field of work.

*Applicant(s) must have 2 credit accounts established for one year and in good standing.
